メンバーの編成変更に伴い、払戻しをご希望のお客様は、改めて払戻の手続きをお願いいたします。

Regarding refunds for customers who purchased tickets through the Inbound Pre-Sale, we were temporarily unable to accept refund requests due to a technical issue with the eplus system.
The issue has now been resolved, and the system is fully operational.
In light of the member lineup change, customers who wish to receive a refund are kindly asked to submit their refund request again.
